医院开设急救绿色生命通道的初步实践 被引量:8

摘要 天津市第一中心医院自1995年10月开展了急救绿色生命通道的医疗服务。两年多来,急诊量增加了30%;抢救成功率由原来的88%提高到94%;病人从就诊到住院或手术由原来的2~4小时缩短到0.5~1.5小时,为抢救患者争得了宝贵的时间;目前该院基本上杜绝了急诊方面的医疗纠纷,患者满意率几乎接近100%,为我国的急救医疗事业探索出了一条新路。 Green passage mechanisms of emergency medical services in the First Central Hospital of Tianjin City have achieved significant beneficial effects since the initial use of this method in Oct. 1995, as shown by improvements in this hospital's several performance indexes, including a 30% increase in the amount of emergency cases treated, an increase from 80% to 94% in the success rate of emergency treatment, a reduction from 2 - 4 hours to 0.5 - 1.5 hours in time duration from patient -visit to admission or operation, a user satisfaction rate of approximate 100% , and essentially no medical tangles.
