摘要 豆科植物的长柄山蚂蝗属Podocarpium(Benth)Yang et Huang于1979年确立,以前一直作为山蚂蝗属DesmodiumDesv.下的一个组或亚属.作为新属的确立,单靠形态学的证据存在一定的局限性,作者对山蚂蝗属和长柄山蚂蝗属的部分代表种作了叶子的过氧化物酶同工酶的酶谱比较、种子蛋白的SDS-聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳及植物血清学的研究,其结果肯定了Podocarpium新属的成立. Podocarpium(Benth) Yang et Huang had been established in 1979. Before this time, it had been considering as a section or subgenus of the genus Desrnodium Desv. The establishment of a new genus, the morphological evidence alone there are some limitations, the author researched and discussed the taxonomic position of the genus Desrnodium and Podocarpium in the peroxidase isoenzymes, seeds of the SDS-polypropylene-PAGE and plant serology studies, and the results confirmed the establishment of a new genus of Podocarpium.
