摘要
提出了一种经典工业工程的程序分析方法与Flexsim仿真相结合的生产物流优化方法。以HF机械厂为实证对象,应用该方法对生产物流进行分析与优化。结果表明这种定性与定量相结合的方法能有效改善生产物流系统。
This paper puts forward the optimization method of production logistics,which is based on procedure analysis of classical industrial engineering and Flexsim simulation,and then the production logistics of HF machinery factory is analyzed and optimized by this method, There is evidence that this qualitative and quantitative method can improve production logistics system.
