摘要
研究利用高效液相色谱测定含乳饮料中苯甲酸的含量。用Zn(AC)2和KFe(CN)3溶液作为沉淀剂进行样品的预处理,以磷酸盐缓冲液和甲醇混合溶液作为流动相,采用C18反相柱作为色谱柱,在波长225nm处进行检测,在测定范围内标准线性关系良好。结果表明,该法简单快速、灵敏度高,适用于含乳饮料中防腐剂苯甲酸的含量测定。
A method for determination of benzoic acid in dairy drink by HPLC was reported. The zinc acetate and potassium ferrocyanide solutions were used as deposit. The ODS-BP column was used with the mobile phase of phosphoric acid salt buffer solution and methanol. The detector wave was at 230nm. It proved that the calibration curves presented good linear relationship in the range of detection. So it can be used to detect the amount of benzoic acid in dairy drink.
