基于EKF的感应电动机转速及负载转矩辨识

摘要 提出了一种基于扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)的感应电动机无传感器系统的转速和负载转矩同时估算方法。在矢量控制的基础上,将电机的运动方程作为一个状态方程,把电机负载转矩看作系统的扩展状态量,根据定子侧测量的电压、电流值,由EKF估算出电机转子磁链、转速及负载转矩。仿真结果表明无速度传感器矢量控制系统具有良好的动态控制性能,即使运行在低速情况下,EKF估计器仍然能够准确地估计转子磁链、转速及负载转矩。 A novel method to estimate the rotor speed and load torque was proposed for the sensorless control system of the induction motor,which was based on extended Kalman filter (EKF). The system adopted the vector control technique. The motion relationship was regarded as a state equation, and the load torque was taken as an extended state of the system by using the EKF. So the rotor speed, load torque and rotor flux can be estimated based on the stator currents and stator voltages according to the proposed EKF. Simulation results showed the good performance of the control system and the good estimating performance of these variables even during the low speed region.
