摘要
针对短切玻纤增强聚碳酸酯体系,研究了硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙基硅烷(A-1100)在上述复合体系中的界面偶联特性。首次利用差热分析和红外光谱对A-1100水解产物分子结构随水解条件的变化规律进行分析,推测了它的偶联反应机理。
In this paper, the effect of silicane coupling agent γ-aminopropyl triethy-
oxysilane(A-1100) on interface properties of short glass fibre reinforced polycarbonate is report-ed. By differential thermal analysis and infra-red technigue,the molecular structure of hydrolysate of A-1100 is analysed under different hydrolysis conditions and its coupling reaction mechanism is concluded.
