摘要 制备了以混杂碳化硅颗粒和硅酸铝短纤维为增强物,以纯镁为基体的金属基复合材料研究了其阻尼性能与应变振幅、频率和温度的关系发现室温阻尼低于纯镁,但高温阻尼却优于纯镁认为复合材料室温阻尼是基体Mg中位错运动产生的。 A new kind of metal matrix composites with the matrix of pure magnesium and the reinforcements of hybrid SiC. and Al2SiO5f was fabricated and the relationships of its damping capacity with strain amplitude, frequency and temperature were studied in this paper. It is found that the damping capacity of the composite is lower than that of pure magnesium at room temperature, but when temperature is elevated it is increased and beyonds the damping of pure magnesium. It is concluded that damping mechanism of the composite at room temperature is the movement of dislocations In the Mg matrix part and at high temperature it is mal contributed to the inteffoce damping.
