摘要
目的:制备可待因树脂复合物,并考察其体外释药动力学。方法:采用离子交换树脂为载体制备可待因树脂复合物,考察处方工艺参数对树脂载药量的影响,并研究可待因树脂复合物在不同释放介质中的释药动力学。结果:可待因树脂复合物的释放度随着释放介质离子强度的增加而增大,其释药动力学过程可用Viswanathan方程或Higuchi方程进行表征。结论:采用离子交换树脂为载体制备的可待因树脂复合物具有一定的缓释特征。
Objective: To prepare the codeine-resinate complex and study its in-vitro release kinetics. Methods:Using ion exchange resins as carriers,the codeine-resinate complex was prepared by a batch process. The release kinetics of the codeine-resinate complex was investigated. Results:The increased ionic strength generally accelerated the drug release from the codeine-resinate complex, and its in-vitro release kinetics conformed to Viswanathan or Higuchi performance. Conclusion:The in-vitro release kinetics study demonstrated that the novel codeine-resinate complex included a suitable ion exchange resin could be used for extended delivery of codeine.
