摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备Y-TZP超细粉料,通过适宜的无压烧结工艺烧成莫来石Y-TZP复合材料,探索了不同的莫来石含量对Y-TZP材料的常温及高温强度的影响,并对柱状莫来石弥散强化Y-TZP复合材料的机理做了初步讨论。
Mullite/Y-TZP(Yttria-doped Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal) composites, made from ultrafine powder prepared by chemical coprecipitation, were sintered in air. The fracture strength of Y-TZP composites at room temperature and 1000, affected by different percent of mullite,were studied. At the same time, the mechanism of rod-like mullite grains dispersing and reinforcing Y-TZP composites was discussed in the paper.
