摘要
本文采用座滴法研究了HK合金与Al2O3陶瓷的润湿性及界面间相互作用,并且采用界面剪切法研究了α-Al2O3/HK合金的界面结合强度,重点考察了温度与保温时间对α-Al2O3/HK合金的润湿行为、界面反应和界面结合强度的影响。
Interface phenomena of ceramic Al 2O 3( α Al 2O 3) with liquid HK alloy were investigated experimentally by the sessile drop method. Studies were focused on the wettability, interfacial cohesive strength and interfacial interaction between Al 2O 3 and HK alloy, and the effects of temperatures and holding time.
