摘要
研究了GA3对牡丹种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,GA3浸泡生根牡丹种子后,牡丹种子内可溶性淀粉含量持续下降,上胚轴长和芽长快速增加,苗重缓慢增加;GA3处理14天后得到了牡丹幼苗,缩短了实生苗的成苗时间。
Effect of GA3 on germination of seeds and seedling growth of tree peony was studied. It revealed that the soluble amylum content of the seeds decreased continuously, the length of the epicotyls and the buds increased rapidly, and the weight of seedlings increased slightly, which took root were treated by GA3, The seedlings were gained after seeds were treated by GA3 for 14 days,and the time from seeds to seedlings was short ened.
