经皮骨成形术治疗股骨头转移性肿瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 临床资料 患者男，43岁。因左肺小细胞性肺癌行左肺癌根治术后18个月，术后化疗1次，2008年8月21日因发现腰骶椎骨转移行L2～4，S1～4放疗，疼痛有所缓解，现疼痛加重，为进一步治疗于2008年9月26日入院。患者一般状况欠佳，腰部及右髋部剧烈疼痛，严重影响患者睡眠，卧床1个月余，口服弱阿片类止痛药，疼痛不能缓解，
