摘要
采用自制的紫外光辐照装置,对厚度为0.15mm的PVC[交联剂为三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯(TMPTMA),光敏剂为二苯甲酮(BP)]膜,在N2气氛中进行辐射交联,其交联反应近似为一级反应。较佳交联条件为:PVC100份,BP1份,TMPTMA10~15份,90℃,80s。紫外光交联产生的降解副作用(降解交联比为1.08)比高能辐射交联(降解交联比为1.45)的弱。
The irradiation crosslinking was carried out on a PVC [crosslinking agent trimethylol propane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA),photosensitizer diphenyl ketone(BP)]membrance of thickness 0.15 mm.The crosslinking raction was approximately first order reaction.The optimum conditions of crosslinking were PVC 100 phr,BP 1 phr,TMPTMA 10~15 phr,90℃and 80 s.The side effect of degradation by the ultraviolet irradiation crosslinking was weaker than that by the high energy irradiation crosslinking.
