建水和石屏野山茶品质比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative study the Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot.'s quality in Jianshui and Shiping

摘要 设计总黄酮及多酚类物质的含量作为衡量指标,比较建水和石屏野山茶品质的优劣。通过分光光度法检测红河州两个县市野山茶茶水中的多酚类物质及总黄酮的含量,结果表明建水野山茶多酚类物质含量较高,为14.8mg/g;石屏野山茶总黄酮较高,为52.8mg/g。设定两个指标评价得出,在石屏野山茶中的多酚和黄酮类物质的总和大于建水县,因此石屏野山茶的品质高于建水,为建立野山茶的品质评价体系奠定了一定的基础。 This paper detected the polyphenol and flavones in tea of Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot. to appraise it quality. The Spectrophotometry method was used in experiment, the results is that the content of polyphenol is 14.8 mg/g in Jianshui's Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot., which was higher than Shiping. The content of total flavones in the tea is 52.8 mg/g Jn Shiping, 43.9 mg/g in JJanshuJ. The sum of the content of polyphenol and flavones in the tea is Shiping higher than Jianshui, so the quality of the Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot. is Shiping's good. The result is one of the base for the Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot.'s quality appraisement.
