摘要 探讨贻贝多糖对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:以白酒灌胃法制作小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,观察血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、三酰甘油(TG)和肝匀浆中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标的变化。结果:与酒精模型组比较,贻贝多糖能明显降低小鼠血清ALT、AST、TG和肝脏MDA水平,升高肝脏GSH水平。结论:贻贝多糖对酒精性肝损伤有保护作用。 To investigate the protective effect of mussel polysaccharide on alcoholic hepatic injury in mice. Method: The model of hepatic injury was prepared with distillate spirit administration by gavage, to observe the change of ALT, AST and TG in serum and the GSH, MDA in homogenate. Result: Compared with the alcohol model group, mussel polysaccharide can significantly reduced the level of ALT, AST, TG and MDA, and increased the contents of GSH. Conclusion: Mussel polysaccharide has protective effect on alcoholic hepatic injury.
