摘要
利用单片机测控技术、步进电动机控制技术、传感技术对传统机械分度头进行了数控化改造,设计了一种智能分度头。它以单片机为控制核心,通过步进电动机驱动蜗轮蜗杆机构实现对工件的自动分度,并采用补偿算法消除机械系统误差和步进脉冲数等分误差,提高了分度精度。详细阐述了补偿算法基本原理,并介绍了智能分度头硬、软件设计。实验表明,采用这种算法设计的智能分度头分度误差基本保持在±10″范围内,相对于原有机械分度头,分度精度大大提高。
The paper puts forward a kind of intelligent indexer, by NC reforming of the traditional mechanic indexer with the technology of single-chip testing and controlling, step-motor controlling and transducer. It uses the single-chip as the central controlling unit, and utilizes the step-motor to drive the worm and worm wheel drive system to realize graduating. It also eliminates mechanical error of intelligent indexer by compensatory algorithm. The rationale of compensatory algorithm, the hardware and software of the intelligent indexer are also expatiated. The results show that the intelligent indexer based on compensatory algorithm has high accuracy, compared to the normal mechanical indexer with controlling error ranging between 0 to 10 seconds.
