摘要
[目的]探讨黄瓜叶片内源激素含量与耐低温性的关系。[方法]选取耐低温性不同的6份黄瓜材料,置于人工光照培养箱中培养14 d,日间温度12℃,晚间温度8℃,光照8 h,光照强度为30μmol/(m2.s)(约合2 000 lx),对黄瓜叶片的脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA3)进行提取与测定。[结果]各黄瓜材料叶片中ABA和GA3含量均有不同程度增加,耐低温性材料越强,其增加的幅度越大,而叶片中IAA含量变化则不同,其中耐低温较强的材料增加的幅度较大,而耐低温较弱的材料有所降低,耐低温性中等的材料略有增加。[结论]内源激素含量与耐低温性的关系密切,可作为黄瓜耐低温性的间接鉴定指标之一。
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the relationship between endogenous hormone contents in leaf and low temperature tolerance in cucumber.[Method] The six cucumber materials with different low temperature tolerance were selected to be cultured in the artificial lighting incubator for 14 d under day temperature of 12 ℃,night temperature of 8 ℃,light of 8 h,light intensity of 30 μmol/(m2·s)(about 2 000 lx)and the abscisic acid(ABA),the growth hormone(IAA) and the gibberellic acid(GA3) of cucumber leaves were extracted and measured.[Result] ABA and GA3 contents in the cucumber leaves were increased to different extent,the stronger the low temperature tolerance materials were and the greater the increased extent was.But IAA content change in the leaves was different,in which the material with stronger low temperature tolerance had greater increased amplitude but the material with weaker low temperature tolerance had some decreased and the material with middle low temperature tolerance had little increased.[Conclusion] The relationship between endogenous hormone contents in leaf and low temperature tolerance was close,which was used as one of the indirect identification index of the cucumber with low temperature tolerance.
