河南省驴寄生圆线虫的种类记述—圆形属Strongylus Mueller,1780

Species of Strongyloid Nematodes in the Donkeys from Henan Province—Strongylus Mueller,1780

2006年2月～2007年1月调查了河南省34头驴体内寄生圆线虫的感染情况,共鉴定出2亚科7属22个种,其中3种为河南省新纪录种。在前人描述的基础上,对每一种圆线虫的形态学特征进行了补充说明。首先观察和描述了圆形属StrongylusMueller,1780的2个种类：无齿圆形线虫Strongylus edentatus（Looss,1900）Railliet and Henry,1909和普通圆形线虫Strongylus vulgaris（Looss,1900）Raillietand Henry,1909。此次调查中,普通圆形线虫的感染率和平均感染强度都较高。

Thirty-four donkeys from Henan Province were examined at necropsy for strongyloid nematodes in the large intestine from February of 2006 to January of 2007.Twenty-two species belonging to 7 genera and 2 subfamilies were identified.Among them,three species are new record species in Henan Province.Based on the previous description,the morphological characters of strongyloid nematodes were redescribed detailedly.Two species of the genus Strongylus Mueller,1780,S.edentatus（Looss,1900） Railliet and Henry,1909 and S.vulgaris（Looss,1900） Railliet and Henry,1909,were redescribed and photographed by light microscopy.In this investigation,S.vulgaris had a higher prevalence and mean infection intensity.
