摘要
介绍了天铁热轧板公司1750mm热连轧卷取机能力提升的参数优化方法。针对在卷取高强度厚规格钢出现的松卷和塔形错边的问题进行了分析,对轧制参数重新优化设计并进行轧制试验,结果证明,优化参数后解决了松卷和塔形错边的问题,满足卷取高强度钢的塔形要求,保证高强度品种钢的顺利开发。
The paper explains the parameter optimization method for lifting the ability of 1,750 mm hot rolling coiler of Plate Hot Rolling Mill in Tiantie and analyses the problems of loose coil and telescopic coil misalignment in coiling the plate with high strength and big thickness.After the rolling parameters are redesigned and optimized,trail rolling is conducted. The results show that the above problems are solved due to parameter optimization,the requirement of coiling the telescopic coil with high strength steel is met and the smooth development of high strength steel products ensured.
