摘要
为了满足不同增产工艺要求,解决"同井抽注"工艺难题,根据中海油渤海自营油田采油树结构及技术特点对其进行了改进,在油管挂和上法兰处按照合理的布局钻孔,分别利用油管挂矩形密封与电缆橡胶护套配合密封、配套的三铁四胶的胶块膨胀密封电缆,开辟了电缆穿越通道。使用一种由普通电缆穿越器改造后的双联式电缆穿越器,耐压等级达到20 MPa,价格只是整体固化的1/4。对同井抽注工艺,将采油树由单管采油管柱改造为同井双管柱,在原井油管四通的基础上增加1个新油管四通,通过上下2个四通内的油管挂来坐挂双管柱;对同井注气采油采用下面挂?114 mmEU油管,上面挂?73 mm NEW VAM油管的管柱组合,解决双管柱在采油四通的布置、悬挂问题。改进方案在现场使用过程中获得了较好的效果。
Introduce the general situation, structure and technical characteristic of self-management oilfield's Christmas tree in Bohai Sea, CNOOC. Depend on the examples of Christmas trees' transformation for "Both Pumping & Flooding in One Well", carry on the analysis of the technical request, difficulty, implemental ways and gaining effect in the Christmas trees' transformation in order to satisfy the demands for the different stimulation. Bring forward the proposal to the Christmas tree's choice and transformation from the selected angle of the Christmas trees' design, use and maintenance.
