摘要
采用正交实验设计探讨了影响管式α-A12O3微滤膜支撑体成型的增塑剂,粘结剂和润滑剂及其含量等主导因素,并对采用优化因素所制备支撑体进行孔隙率,抗弯强度及微观结构表征。结果表明:粘结剂是影响支撑体性质的主导因素;当添加6wt%甘油,6wt%羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和3wt%无水乙醇,挤出成型,1400℃烧结所得支撑体的孔隙率为50.1%,抗弯强度为52.4MPa。该支撑体适于用作陶瓷微滤膜载体。
The effects of organic additives, such as plasticizing agents, plastering agents and lubricants, on the formation of tubular α-Al2O3 micro-filtration membrane support were studied through orthogonal experimental design method. The porosity, bending strength and microstructure of the support were characterized. The results show that the plasticizing agent has an important effect on the extrusion formation of the tubular support. The support calcined at 1400℃ has the porosity of 50.1% and the bending strength of 52.4MPa when 6wt% glycerin, 6wt% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) and 3wt% ethnol are added. This support meets the requirement of microfiltration membrane support.
