摘要
提出一种基于MAS的协同保护方案,并介绍了它的概念、功能、结构、决策过程。协同保护通过各agent之间相互通信,获得电网的全局信息,根据这些信息协调各种不同原理的保护,从而克服传统保护的不足。案例分析证明,协同保护能够避免误动和拒动,并能有效缩短后备保护动作时间。与传统保护相比,协同保护性能更优。
In this paper, a coordinating protection based on multi-agent system (MAS)is proposed. The conception ,function ,structure and decision-making process of the coordinating protection are elaborated. This coordinating protection can obtain global information of power grid through communication among agents. It coordinates different principle protection with global information to overcome shortcomings of conventional protection. The analysis of example show the coordinating protection can avoid trip failure and malfunction. And the time for operation of backup protection can be curtailed effectively. Comparing with conventional protection,its performance is more satisfied.
