摘要
目的测量护理职业环境。方法在全院范围开展中文版Q12问卷调查,发放565份,回收有效问卷417份,用SPSS软件对数据进行相关性分析。结果全院护士在Q12问卷4个维度的体验分值由高到低排列依次为:基本需求、团队合作、自我成长、护士长支持。"婚姻状态"与"团队合作"呈显著相关性,"护龄"与"基本需求"和"团队合作"具有相关性。而护士学历、职称、科室与Q12的4个维度无明显的相关性。结论在保持护理工作基本需求的良好基础上,进一步改善护理管理氛围,关注不同护士群体的差异性,优化护理职业环境。
Objective To analyze current nursing workplace. Methods Questionnaires were distributed to 565 nurses,the response rate was 73.8%,417 nurses completed the Q12 scale which consists of four dimensions:basic needs,teamwork,self- development and supervisor's support. Data collected were analyzed by SPSS. Results Highest scores were reported for basic needs and lowest for supervisor's support. Significant correlation between marital status and teamwork was found while moderate correlation between ages and basic needs,ages and teamwork. The four dimensions had non-significant correlation with ducation level,job title and nursing unit. Conclusion On the base of meeting the nurses' basic needs, further improve the nursing administration, pay attention to the nurses' individual differences, optimize the nurses' occupational environment.
