有机蒙脱石层间烷基铵吸附定量表征的研究 被引量:2

摘要 借助差热分析、热重分析等分析手段,研究了有机蒙脱石的热性能以及烷基铵在层间的吸附方式,建立了一种烷基铵层间有效吸附量定量分析的方法。热重分析表明,有机蒙脱石和钠蒙脱石的热性能不同,钠蒙脱石可以吸附更多的层间水,有机蒙脱石中吸附的烷基铵在230~480℃之间时完全分解。通过烷基铵层间吸附量的定量分析模型,可以根据改性剂的用量和烧失量,准确的计算出烷基铵的有效吸附率和有效摩尔吸附量。 Using differential thermal analyse (DTA), thermalgravimetric analyse (TGA), the thermal property of Na- montmorillonite(Na-mont) and organomontmorillonite(OM) was compared, the adsorption state of intercalated cations in the layer of organomontmorilllonite was investigated. A new method for quantitative characterization of the alkyl-ammonium adsorbed in the layer was established. TGA results showed that OM and Na-mont have different thermal property, Na-mont hold more free water in the layers, and the intercalated alkyl-ammonium in OM can fully decompose between the temperature of 230-480℃. Based on the dosage of alkyl-ammonium and loss of ignition, the intercalation efficiency and effective dosage can be calculated.
