摘要
大气气溶胶中水溶性有机物成分极其复杂,并且在大气中的浓度极低,能够检测到的组分仅局限于小分子羧酸等,分析测试手段还有待于进一步研究。针对样品采集、处理(提取、分离、浓缩等)、组分测定等进行了比较全面的综述。目前水溶性有机物的分析测定手段主要有气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)、高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC/MS)、离子色谱(IC)、质子核磁共振(HNMR)等。对上述方法进行比较,分析了每种方法的适用条件及优缺点,评述了大气气溶胶中水溶性有机物分析的研究前景。
The given paper is inclined to present an overview of the research advancements in the analysis of water-soluble organic compounds in atmospheric aerosols. As a matter of fact, water-soluble organic compounds (WSOC) in atmospheric aerosols have a wide range of sources, including natural and anthropogenie ones, among which WSOC accounts for a large proportion in organic aerosols and plays a significant role in leading to the global climate change with its acid deposition and atmospheric chemical reactions. Therefore, great attention has been paid to the identification and determination of its composition and concentration levels in the atmosphere. However, since its composition is extremely complicated with very low concentrations in the atmosphere, the possibilities to detect its components were so meager that until now little is known with the small molecular components, such as carboxylie acid composition. In addition, great need also comes for pushing forward the analysis methods. It is just from this urgent need that we have made a thorough review over methods of the sample collection, integrated ways to process (extract, separate, and enrich its components, ere ). First of all, a brief overview has been given over the study of WSOC in atmospheric aerosols. Next, up-to-date aerosol sampling methods have been covered, such as the high-volume sampling method for TSP (Total Suspended Particulate) and size fraetioned sampling method, etc. And, then, review comes to the most important part of this paper, i.e. the pre-treatment and the analysis method. So far as we know, chief ways for sample separation are chromatograph, derivative method and the similar ones. Researchers both at home and abroad have so far successfully separated and analyzed the WSOC in atmospheric aerosols. In order to improve the ways of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the organic components from the atmospheric aerosol, it is suggested to concentrate on the sampling methods with the most commonly method being rotary evaporation. As to the ways for analysis of WSOC determination, the most popular ones are gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry (GC/MS), high-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry ( HPLC/MS ), ion chromatography ( IC ), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (HNMR) among the many others. While reviewing the various WSOC analysis methods, this paper has also discussed their application conditions. And, finally, the prospects of WSOC research and the analysis methods are also mentioned.
