摘要
社会的综合转型制约着司法改革的道路选择、进程和成效。我国全方位深层次的改革通过司法改革的途径推动着我国的司法在理念、功能、目标、政策等方面的转型。
China is experiencing with deep social transformation, which has certain impacts on the route choice, progross, and effect of judicial reform. The comprehensive deep reform has promoted the transform in judiciary idea, role, purpose, and policy via judicial reform.
