摘要
对用于大管道流量测量的新型插入式节流装置,根据相似原理的分析,推导出流体在强制流动条件下,两流体系统压力场相似的欧拉准数Eu,利用风洞实验进行验证和标定,从而应用于实际流体流量的测量,提高流量计算的准确性和可靠性。
The new throttling device was applied in flow measurement of large bore pipeline. The Euler number (Eu) that reflects pressure field similar was gotten according to the analysis of similitude principle. Verification and calibration were done by means of the wide tunnel experiment and then the new throttling device was used in practical flow measurement. Accuracy and reliability of flow calculation was improved.
