江西省大中学校阳光体育运动实施现状的比较研究

Comparision and research on current situation of sunshine sports implemented in the university and middle school of Jiangxi province

运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析法等方法,对江西省大中学校实施阳光体育运动的现状进行调查。当前阳光体育运动的开展,大学好于中学,城区中学好于农村中学。建议:1)要充分发挥高校体育院系在阳光体育运动实施中的作用;2)加强对适合青少年锻炼项目和健身方法的开发与研究;3)调动体育教师的积极性,提高其待遇。

Basd on the methods of the literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis and so on, this article investigated the morning exercise, the morning recess sports activities, physical education, extra- curricular sports activities in the afternoon, the main way of sunshine sports that implemented in university and middle school. The current situation of the sunshine sports lies in that university is better than middle school, urban schools is better than rural schools. It put forward some suggestions： 1 ） To give fidl display of the role of college sports department in the implement of sunshine sports; 2） to strengthen the development and research of training projects and fitness methods for young people ; 3） to mobilize the enthusiasm of physical teachers and improve their treatment.
