摘要
转炉喷溅是由于碳和氧反应不均衡,瞬时产生大量CO气体逸出以及操作不当等引起,对人员及设备均有危害,应用泡沫渣抑制剂,达到了减少喷溅的目的。经多次工艺试验,优化的抑制剂成分为:CaO>30%、SiO2<20%、MgO<5%,挥发分+灰分>30%,粒度20~50mm,加入量2kg/t,减少喷溅量700kg/炉,吨钢可降低生产成本5~10元。
Converter slopping is harm for operators and equipment, which is caused by a large amount of CO gas flow produced by unbalanced carbon and oxygen reaction and improper operation. Using foaming slag inhibitors reached the purpose of reducing slopping. After multiple process tests, the inhibitor composition optimized was: CaO〉30%, SiO2〈20%, MgO〈5% and the volatile compound+ash〉30%. Its granularity was 20 - 50 mm, the adding amount was 2 kg/t, it decreased slopping by 700 kg per heat and reduced production cost by 5 - 10 Yuan per ton steel.
