摘要
胜任能力模型是一种新兴的人力资源测评工具和分析技术,近年来日益受到国内外学者和企业界关注的重视。本文结合胜任能力模型,提出了构建胜任能力模型的基本步骤。
The competent ability model is one kind of emerging human resources evaluation tool and the parsing technique which is payed attention to by domestic and foreign scholars and enterprises . This article proposes the construction of competence ability model with the competent ability model.
