摘要
以菱锰矿为原料,进行了无硒高纯电解金属锰实验研究,研制出了一种能够取代二氧化硒(SeO2)的新型的无硒电解金属锰添加剂(PTL-4)。该添加剂的基本成分包括主添加剂(TJA+TJB)和辅助添加剂(TJC+TJD),并通过正交实验对添加剂配比进行了定量优化,其最佳配比为TJA∶TJB∶TJC∶TJD=20∶5∶0.4∶0.8,整体用量为26.2 mg/L。通过与SeO2添加剂实验效果对比,使用新型无硒添加剂后,产品含硒量大大降低(Se<0.000 8%),产品纯度高(Mn=99.91%)。另外,研究了这种新型添加剂的作用机理,可为开发新的电解添加剂提供理论指导。
The paper reported an environmental protection of non-selenium additive( PTL-4) instead of SeO2 for electrolytic manganese production. The main component of PTL - 4 containing (TJA + TJB) which two worked as the dominating influence factors as well as (TJC + TJD) worked as the assistant ones. The proportion of these 4 ingredients was optimized with orthogonal test. The results proved that the ideal stoichiometry of new-type composite additive was TJA : TJB: TJC : TJD = 20 : 5 : 0.4: 0.8 and the whole dosage was 26.2 mg/L. Comparing PTL-4 with SeO2,it can be indicated that the former one is more safe, more convenience for workers to operate than the latter one, and lower cost. The chemical composition of metal manganese produced by organic additive (PTL-4) has met the national standard. What's more, the mechanism of the new additive is discussed.
