摘要
燃气驱动压缩机在安装使用过程中发生失效将直接影响输气的可靠性和站场的安全。综合分析引发燃气驱动压缩机失效的各个因素,建立了以燃气驱动压缩机失效为顶上事件的故障树(FT)。通过对故障树的分析(FTA),求出故障树的最小割集,并确定了燃气驱动压缩机主要失效形式,提出了提高燃气驱动压缩机可靠性的建议。
The gas turbine-driven compressors broke down during installation and operation,which directly affected the reliability of gas transportation and the safety of the station.The Fault Tree(FT)with the gas turbine-driven compressor failure as the top event was established by analyzing the various factors causing the gas turbine-driven compressor failure.According to the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),the minimal cut set was obtained,and the main failure form of the gas turbine-driven compressor was confirmed.Recommendations of improving the reliability of the gas turbine-driven compressors were presented.
