近年来随着我国能源对外依存度不断提高,加强能源多元化建设是解决我国能源来源问题的重要途径。中亚地区是我国重要的能源战略伙伴之一,但同时中亚地区又是一个政治、文化比较复杂的地区,苏联解体后成为世界大国争夺的焦点之一。我国在与中亚国家进行能源合作时存在政治、经济、文化等方面的制约因素。中亚地区油气资源丰富,同中国在地缘位置上相邻,正确认识和分析中国和中亚在能源合作中的制约因素对我国加强与中亚的能源合作具有重要的意义。

Central Asian region is an important strategic partner in energy,but at＇ the same time this region is a political and cultural complex area. With the disintegration of the Soviet Union,：it became the the stress of fighting for in a large countrys. Central Asia are rich in oil and gas resources, China and Central Asia are adjacent in the position, correctly understanding and analyzing restriction factors of China and Central Asian in the energy cooperation is of great significance.
