城市初期雨水的处理技术路线初探 被引量:51

摘要 初期雨水挟带有相当高浓度的污染物质,其排入水体产生污染的问题已经引起关注。初期雨水污染物治理应从以下三方面着手:①源头减量,就地处理;②收集调蓄处理;③加强维护管理。对于多湖泊城市,建议将分散就地减量处理和末端人工湿地处理方法相结合:通过改变地面径流条件,增加降雨向地下的渗透,减少地面径流量;通过分散式初期雨水处理设施,使得雨水在进入湖泊、河道之前得到适当处理。这些措施可以减少进入湖泊初期雨水污染负荷,对水环境的改善具有积极意义。 Because the first-flush stormwater carries high concentration pollutants, the pollution problem caused by its discharge into waters has attracted much attention. The control of pollutants carried by the first-flush stormwater should be considered from following three aspects: ① source reduction and on-site treatment; ② collection and storage and ③ enhanced maintenance. For the cities with many lakes, the on-site treatment and end constructed wetland should be integrated. The surface runoff condi- tions are changed to increase the infiltration and reduce the runoff. The on-site treatment facilities are used to appropriately treat stormwater before it flows into lakes and rivers. These measures can reduce pollution load of stormwater and improve water environment.
