摘要
为了降低生产成本,在涤纶FDY生产中,将现有生产设备ATi-614/12卷绕头及其配套设备从12头纺改造成18头纺。从设备改造和工艺参数优化选择两个方面探讨了此改造的理论和技术。改造后产品质量与改造前基本一样,纺细旦丝时,产量可以增加47%,而每吨丝的成本可以降低200元。
In the production of polyester FDY, the ATi-614/12 winder and its auxiliary equipments are altered 18 ends from 12 ends in order to reduce the production cost. The paper discusses the alteration theory and technology based on equipment transformation and optimum choice of technical parameters. Product quality is almost same as the before. When producing fine denier filament, the capacity can be increased by 47 % and cost per ton decreased by RMB 200.
