摘要
乌骨鸡作为药食两用的滋补品在我国应用历史悠久,具有补肝肾、益气血、养阴清热、调经健脾、补肾固精等功效。本文介绍了国内外对乌骨鸡黑色素、活性肽和脂质等主要活性成分及其补血、抗氧化等活性功能的研究进展,为乌骨鸡的综合利用和功能食品开发提供了理论依据。
As a kind of folk invigorant and a source of traditional Chinese medicine, the black-bone silky fowl had been well known in the orient and mainly used to restore the liver and kidney tone, replenish the vital essence, remove heat, and treat diabetes and anemia for a thousand years. This paper reviewed the studies on melanin, active peptide, lipid and other bioactive components of black-bone silky fowl and their functions in treating anemia and anti-oxidation in past years.
