图书、情报、档案(以下简称三者)信息一体化是信息资源共建共享的基础。在对图书、情报、档案一体化进行可行性分析的基础上,探讨了一体化与信息资源共建共享的关系,提出了建立有效的利益平衡机制以解决图书、情报、档案一体化实践困境,推进信息资源共建共享的思路。

The integration of books, information and archives is the foundation of information resources co-construction and sharing. Based on the feasibility analysis of the integration of books, information and archives, this paper probes into the relationship between the integration and the co-construction and sharing, and puts forward the idea of solving the difficulties in the practice of the integration of books, information and archives through establishing effective benefits balancing mechanism and promoting the co-construction and sharing of information resources.
