摘要
采用金属型水冷模铸造制备了不同含铒量的Al-Er二元合金,通过对均匀化处理实验合金的电导率和显微组织的分析,研究了Er在纯铝中的固溶度。结果表明,在本实验条件下铒元素在铝基体的最大固溶度为0.1%(wt%)。合金均匀化处理过程中析出相为Al3Er相。同时,含铒过饱和固溶体的分解析出导致基体固溶度的贫化,由于固溶度的降低减小了合金对电子的散射,使得合金的电导率升高。
Al- Er alloys containing different contents of Er were prepared by water cooling metal mould casting, the solid solubility of Er in Al were studied by conductivity test and microstrueture analysis. The experimental results are as follows, the maximum solid solubility of Er is 0.1% (wt) in the experiment alloys. The solid solution decomposed to form Al3Er phase in the come of homogenization. The Er concentration in the AI matrix decreases as the Al3Er phases precipitate out. The electron scattering decreases with the depletion of Er in the Al matrix, and then the electrical conductivity of the alloy increases.
