从1978年改革开放以来的30年间,在一批学人的共同努力下,西方思想史研究取得了快速的进步。从以前少数人默默无闻的耕作,到现在已经成为历史研究领域中重要的一个分支,无论在理论方法方面,还是在内容和研究范式方面,都取得了长足的进展和丰硕的研究成果。更令人欣喜地是,这些研究成果不仅推进了学术的进步,而且更新和重塑了我们这个民族的思想观念,因此,思想史研究对推进中国的现代化建设也起到了重要的积极作用。可以相信,随着中国日益融入世界,今后西方思想史研究将会迎来更好的发展。

During the thirty years since reform and opening-up in 1978, the great progress had made in the study of the western intellectual history due to many scholars＇ working hard. Now,it had become an important part of the history , and an independent field of the world history. Many scholars had published a lot of the articles and books. Its researching paradigm had been changed through introducing new theory and method and practicing, and gradually began to reform new paradigm. It is notable that it placed important role of replacement and reconstruction of people＇s idea in China. This means that it promoted the process of the modernization in China. With the process of the globalization, we will get more achievements in the study of the western intellectual history in the future.
