摘要
研究了拉伸预应变和时效温度对X80管线钢板应变时效后力学性能的影响。结果表明:应变时效后管线钢的拉伸曲线由拱顶型连续屈服曲线转变为吕德斯伸长型屈服曲线;时效后管线钢的强度升高,屈强比增大,伸长率下降。预应变量越大、时效温度越高,应变时效后的性能降低越显著。预应变量小于2%时对管线钢性能的影响相对较小。
The effects of pre-tensile-strain and aging temperature on properties of high strength pipeline steel plate after strain aging were studied. The results show that tensile curve of the pipeline steel is changed from round-house continuous yielding type to Luder's elongation yielding type after strain aging, and the strength and σs/σb ratio of the pipeline steel increase but total elongation decreases. The greater the pre-strain, the higher the aging temperature, the more obvious the effect of strain aging on the properties of pipeline steel. The effect of pre-strain on the properties of pipeline steel after aging is less when the pre-strain is below 2%.
