中国部分商品蜂蜜中植物花粉形态、含量及浓度的研究

Study on Shape,Content and Concentration of Plant Pollen in Part Commercial Honey of China

【研究目的】本研究对18种中国部分商品蜂蜜中的花粉进行了检测分析,以此对商品蜂蜜中植物花粉的检测鉴定提供一定的参考标准。【方法】运用蜂蜜中植物花粉的检测法。【结果】不同种类蜂蜜中植物花粉形态、含量及浓度均有所差异。【结论】根据蜂蜜中植物花粉形态、含量及浓度可以判断蜂蜜品种和品质。

[OBJECTIVE]The plant pollen in 18 kinds of commodity honey in China was researched by the determination method of plant pollen in honey. [METHOD ]The result shows, it is different on shape,content and concentration of pollen in different kinds of honey. [ CONCLUSION ] The variety and quality of honey would be judged on the basis of shape, content and concentration of pollen in honey. There is reference standard on the determination of plant pollen in honey.
