摘要
目的了解中学生网络成瘾现况及相关因素,为进一步研究其形成机制提供基础资料。方法在合肥市区采用方便抽样选取5所中学,以班级为单位整群抽取初一、初二、高一和高二年级共76个班级的3798名学生进行问卷调查。调查内容包括中学生的人口统计学特征、网络使用情况、网络成瘾情况、自尊和自杀意念情况。结果在所有使用网络的3507(92.3%)名学生中,有182(5.2%)名学生被诊断为网络成瘾;网络成瘾的检出率男生高于女生,差异有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,男生、上网年限长、平均每周上网次数多、平均每次上网时间长、在网吧上网和有自杀意念均是网络成瘾的危险因素,而自尊得分高是网络成瘾的保护因素。结论在控制学生上网时间、上网地点的同时,关心学生的各种心理问题,防止中学生网络成瘾的发生。
Objective To study the prevalence and the related factors of Internet addiction disorders ( IAD ), and to lay the foundation for studying the formation mechanism of IAD. Methods By using convenient sampling method, 3 798 students were chosen from 76 classes of five middle schools in Hefei. The content of investigation included the demographic characteristics, information of internet use, prevalence of IAD, self-esteem and suicidal ideation. Results Among 3 507 ( 92.3% ) Internet users, 182(5.2% ) were diagnosed as IAD. The prevalence rate of IAD among female students was lower than that among male students and with significant difference. Multivariable logistic analysis indicated that male students, long years, more frequency and more time of Internet use per week, Internet use in cyber center and suicidal ideation were the risk factors, and high score on self-esteem was the protection factor to IAD. Conclusion To prevent IAD, time and site of Internet use should be controlled, and at the same time, more attention should be paid to the students' psychological problems.
