粮库谷物通风冷却风机的变频节能分析

摘要 粮库通风冷却风机的输出轴功率与转速的三次方成正比。因此,当粮库负荷减少时,可降低通风冷却风机的转速以减少能耗。其方法是,根据粮堆进、出气的温差值来控制变频器的频率,以控制风机电机转速。实践证明,风机变频调的节能效果明显。 Grain depot ventilates the three side of rotational speed and the take-off power of cooling fan into direct ratio. Therefore when the load of grain depot decreases , can reduce ventilation to eool the rotational speed of fan in order to reduce speeifie power consumption. Its method is, as grain pile enters and makes the angry frequency of difference in temperature that worths control frequency converter, in order to control fan generator rotational speed. Practice proves, fan frequency conversion the effect of energy saving of tune obvious.
