摘要
目的:采用HPLC法对蚁参药酒中大黄素含量的测定进行研究,建立制剂的质量控制标准。方法:采用HPLC法测定制剂中大黄素的含量。结果:大黄素在3.46～155μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=9999),平均回收率为98.93%,RSD=0.26%(n=5)。结论:该法简便、灵敏准确、重现性好、结果可靠,可作为蚁参药酒的质量控制标准。
Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of Emodin in Prticipation ants medicind liqilor. Methods：Determindtion of Emodin in Participation ants medicind liquor by HPLC. Results.. The linear relationship of puerarin was good in the ramge of 3. 46-155μg/mL（γ= 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 98. 93%. RSD= 0. 26% （n= 5）. Conclusion： This method is simple and credible. It can be used for the quality control of Participation ants medicinal liqilor.
