摘要
TC600氧氮分析仪检测限低,灵敏度高,应用脉冲加热-红外吸收法和碳还原原理测定氧。在石墨坩埚中加入石墨粉使氧被全部还原。用醋酸-硝酸-盐酸溶液除去样品表面的污染物。通过试验,确定仪器最佳工作参数,并取得了满意的测定结果。此方法准确,精密度好,已用于生产分析。
Oxygen in oxygen free copper rod was determined by the impulse - heating - infrared - absorption method based on carbon - reduction principle using the TC600 oxygen/nitrogen determinator with low detection limit and excellent sensitivity. Oxygen was fully reduced by adding graphite powder to the graphite crucible. Contaminant on sample surface was removed by CH3COOH - HN03 - HCl solution. Optimal working parameters of the device were determined and satisfactory testing results were obtained through the experiment. The method was approved to be accuracrate, good precision and has been successfully applied to actual production analysis.
