以案例研究,从绩效信息的生产、质量和应用三个维度分析绩效预算改革的发展,可见中国地方政府绩效预算改革尚处于非常初级的水平,正面临着政治、技术方面的挑战,尚需强有力的支持才能获得更大发展。

This paper aims at analyzing development level of performance budgeting from three dimen- sions of production, quality and application of performance information through case study. It is concluded that performance budgeting reform of local government in China is presently on the primary level and face political and technical challenges. The reform needs powerful support to make a progress.
