4.8%鱼藤酮·辣椒碱悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 建立HPLC法测定4.8%鱼藤酮·辣椒碱悬浮剂中鱼藤酮与辣椒碱含量。采用XDB-C18柱分离,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,外标法定量分析。结果表明:鱼藤酮与辣椒碱的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999,中间精密度分别为0.15%和1.96%,平均回收率分别为101.16%和102.01%。 Established HPLC method for the determination of the rotenone and capsaicin in rotenone.capsaicin 4.8% SC. The HPLC conditions were XDB-C18 column, acetonitrile-H2PO3 0.1% solution as mobile phage and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of rotenone and capsaicin were 0.999 8 and 0.999 9. The variation coefficients were 0.15% and 1.96%. The average recoveries were 101.16% and 102.01%.
