广州市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物卫生状况分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的:调查分析广州市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物卫生状况,为卫生管理提供依据,预防和控制由空调细菌污染所带来的呼吸道传染病的传播和流行。方法:按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求,对5家公共场所集中空调运行期间,采集集中空调送风口空气样品,检测空气中的细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌。结果:除β-溶血性链球菌外,广州市公共场所集中空调通风系统送风口有细菌总数、真菌总数不同程度的污染。其中细菌总数合格率为71.4%,细菌总数检出范围为27-930 cfu/m^3,最高超标近1倍;真菌总数合格率为85.7%,真菌总数检出范围为7-6000 cfu/m^3,最高超标11倍。结论:公共场所集中空调通风系统应加强微生物卫生管理。 Objective:To investigate sanitary condition of the centralized air ventilation system in public place in Guangzhou to provide the basis for sanitary control. Methods: Air sample was collected in air supplied outlet when centralized air ventilation system was working. The total content of the bacterium and fungus in the air was tested. Results: The centralized air ventilation system was working seriously polluted in which the qualified rate the total content of bacterium was 71.4%. The qualified rate of the total content of fungus was 85.7%. Conclusion: Sanitary control should be strengthened to the centralized air ventilation system.
