体外电场热疗联合药物治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

Evaluation of external electric field hyperthermia combining with medicines in the treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的对照观察体外电场热疗及药物治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法选择临床诊断为慢性前列腺炎患者120例,随机分为3组,1组治疗组和2组对照组。治疗组采用体外电场热疗和药物治疗;对照1组单纯体外电场热疗,对照2组单纯药物治疗。观察治疗前后前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)及前列腺液常规变化。结果3组治疗前后NIH-CSIP评分、前列腺液常规比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组更为显著。治疗组总有效率85%,单纯体外电场热疗组总有效率70%,单纯药物治疗组总有效率65%。治疗组分别与两对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以治疗组疗效最佳。结论体外电场热疗联合药物治疗慢性前列腺炎,有利于前列腺血液循环的改善,促进药物的局部吸收,减轻炎症,消除症状,提高疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of external electric field hyperthermia （EEFH） combining with medicines in the treatment of chronic prostatitis （CP）. Methods 120 patients with CP were randomly divided into three groups in the study including the combined therapy group, control groups, single EEFH and single drug treatment.Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （NIH-CPSI） and prostate fluid routine test were performed before and after treatment. Results Obvious differences were found in NIH-CPSI and prostate fluid parameters before and after treatment treatment among three groups especially in the therapy group（P〈0.05）. The overall effective rate was 85 % in the group, 70% in single EEFH treatment group and 65 % in single medicine treatment group. There was a significant difference in overall effective rate between the treatment group and control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The combination of EEFH and medicine can improve clinical outcome of CP by ameliorating the blood circulation of prostate and enhancing the drug absorption in the tissues, furthermore reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction and CP symptoms.
