摘要
时代发展对博士生创新能力的培养提出了迫切要求。我国当前博士生创新能力不强,在很大程度上还受到了现行博士生培养模式的影响。这种影响具体反映在培养观念相对滞后、培养目标存在偏颇、培养主体规范不够、培养对象选淘不严、培养方式缺陷甚多、培养评价忽视创新等方面。加强我国博士生创新能力培养必须改革现行的研究生培养模式,包括树立以人为本的培养观念、突出创新能力为重的培养目标、构建能有效激发创新的导师队伍、改革对培养对象的选淘制度、改进现存的培养方式、完善有效激励的评价方式。
Social changes have made an urgent requirement for the training of doctoral candidates' innovative ability. Doctoral candidates in China do not have a strong ability to innovate, which is, to a large extent, affected by the current mode of doctoral candidates training. This influence is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the training idea is lagging behind, the training target is improper, the training entities is lack of rules, the training object is not strictly enrolled, the training method is imperfect, the innovative ability is neglected in training assessment. To enhance the innovative ability of doctoral students, we must reform the existing training mode of graduate students, which includes: establishing the training idea of "people-oriented, innovation as the soul", giving prominence to the training target with highlighting innovative ability,, constructing a mentor team which stimulates innovation, reforming the enrollment system of training objective, improving the existing training method, perfecting the training assessment with effective incentives.
